Hollywood Groupies is an italian rockband born from a Foxy (singer) and Kelly (guitar) idea in 2006, the female members of the band.
The first line-up included Condor on bass and Ace on the drums, while actually Ace has moved to rhythm guitar and Mirko joined the band as drummer.
From 2006 these four guys mature live experience joinin' various musical events, sharing the stages with established artists like Vains of Jenna, Adam Bomb and Crucified Barbara.
The first homonymous demo has been released in 2007 but it's only in 2009, with the demo "3 years and 9 lives" that the band come to the fore in Europe and U.S.A, and it's also during the same year that the song "Swallow This", is included in the compilation "Glamnation vol.4".
In January 2010 the band signs for the californian label Demon Doll, that publishes, in the States , the debut album of the band, their first album "Punched By Millions Hit By None", is a twist of the finest street rock, hard rock, metal and this unique cocktail of music is the distinguish sign of the band, it also garnered the band very good reviews worldwide. .
On August 8th , Hollywood Groupies played at Free Wheels festival in France, facing the main stage with bands like Twisted Sister, Motorhead, Crucified Barbara and Popa Chubby.
In November 2011 the played on the stage of the world famous Whisky à Go Go.
In 2012 Hollywood Groupies played in London.
The last change of line-up dates in the beginning of 2013, and now they're working on new material for an upcoming CD.

Gli Hollywood Groupies sono una band italiana formatasi nel 2006 per un'idea di Foxy (cantante) e di Kelly (chitarrista), la componente femminile della band.
La prima line up prevedeva con Condor al basso e Ace alla batteria, mentre attualmente Ace si è spostato alla chitarra ritmica e Mirko è entrato come batterista.
Nel 2006 i ragazzi hanno partecipato a vari eventi suonando con Vains of Jenna, Adam Bomb e Crucified Barbara.
La loro prima demo omonima risale al 2007, ma solo nel 2009 con la demo "3 years & 9 lives" la band è stata conosciuta in Europa e negli USA e il pezzo "Swallow this" è stato incluso nella raccolta "Glamnation vol. 4".
A gennaio 2010 la band firma per l'etichetta californiana Demon Dolls che pubblica il loro album di debutto "Punched by millions, hit by none", un tornado di street rock, hard rock, che è stato recensito in maniera molto positiva in tutto il mondo.
L'8 agosto 2010 gli Hollywood Groupies hanno suonato al Free Wheels Festival condividendo il palco principale con Twisted Sister, Motorhead, Crucified Barbara e Popa Chubby.
Nel novembre 2011 hanno suonato al Wisky a go go, il famosissimo locale di Los Angeles e nel 2012 sbarcano a Londra.
L'ultimo cambiamento di line up risale al 2013 e adesso gli Hollywood Groupies stanno lavorando al loro prossimo album.
